Au sein du groupe Hachette Livre, qui occupe le 3ème rang mondial des éditeurs généralistes, Hatier est l'un des tout premiers éditeurs scolaires français présent de la maternelle au lycée. Avec de fortes positions en parascolaire grâce aux collections Bescherelle, Annabac, Tout savoir, Chouette, Prépabac, Hatier se développe également sur l'édition Grand Public (Parenting, Jeux etc..) et en jeunesse en s'appuyant sur le savoir-faire pédagogique des équipes et sur les thématiques préférées des enfants. Les Editions Hatier, ce sont aussi : les Éditions Foucher, éditeur leader de l'enseignement professionnel et technique au scolaire, de l'expertise comptable, de l'enseignement supérieur, pour la préparation des formations de santé, les concours de la fonction publique et les concours paramédicaux ; les Editions Didier, éditeur spécialiste des méthodes de langue dont notamment celles de Français Langue Etrangère (FLE), vendues principalement à l'Export.

La Diffusion du Groupe Alexandre Hatier, qui commercialise un catalogue de livres grand public, recherche un.e Chef.fe des Ventes, sur un périmètre national.

Rattaché.e au Directeur commercial de la Diffusion, vous serez le moteur de l’activité commerciale terrain sur les marques de votre portefeuille, Bayard Jeunesse, Milan Jeunesse et Tourbillon, éditeurs majeurs dans le secteur Jeunesse. Votre rôle sera de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux définis en apportant le support nécessaire à votre équipe et un haut niveau de service à nos clients libraires. Voici comment vous contribuerez :

  • Leadership et motivation : vous fédérerez et motiverez votre équipe de 12 délégués commerciaux autour d’un plan d’action commercial partagé.
  • Performance commerciale : vous conjuguez la performance commerciale avec un réel sens du service clients pour fidéliser la clientèle.
  • Management : vous managez l’équipe de vente en assurant un bon niveau de support, la cohérence et la pertinence des actions, développerez des stratégies efficaces dans un esprit de partage avec les autres régions et la Direction Commerciale.

Profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure de type École de Commerce ou équivalent. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de management commercial confirmée dans le secteur des biens de grande consommation, idéalement dans l'édition.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils de suivi de l’activité commerciale et vous êtes capable d’accompagner votre équipe dans leur utilisation.

Vous êtes un(e) manager impliqué(e), diplomate, proche du terrain, de votre équipe et de vos clients. Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et possédez le sens des responsabilités.

Vous êtes curieux(se) et à l’écoute, capable d’appréhender différents marchés et de vous adapter à différents niveaux d’interlocuteurs.
