Votre rôle

Au sein de la Reporting Tower, au cœur de la Direction Transformation & Process, vous intervenez sur un périmètre international avec un rôle clé dans l’administration, la fiabilisation et l’évolution des outils de pilotage et de reporting du Groupe.

Véritable référent(e) reporting et outils, vous contribuez à la transformation des pratiques en accompagnant les équipes métiers et en participant activement à l’amélioration continue des processus et des solutions BI.

Vos missions

• Vous contribuerez à l’administration des outils de reporting et de planification (TM1, Anaplan, Power BI) : gestion des accès, des référentiels et support aux utilisateurs

• Vous participerez à la production et à l’évolution des reportings financiers et opérationnels, en garantissant la qualité et la fiabilité des données

• Vous interviendrez sur la conception des dashboards : collecte des besoins, rédaction des spécifications, phases de test et validation

• Vous contribuerez à la structuration de l’écosystème de reporting (cartographie, catalogue des reportings, harmonisation des indicateurs)

• Vous assurerez le contrôle de la qualité des données transmises par les filiales internationales

• Vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs : formation, support, animation de la communauté et communication sur les évolutions

• Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes variées (BI, contrôle de gestion, finance, business analysts) dans le cadre de projets d’amélioration continue

Profil recherché

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+4/5 en Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Data, Business Analytics ou Systèmes d’information, et justifiez de minimum 3 ans d’expérience en reporting, contrôle de gestion, MOA finance ou BI.

• Vous maîtrisez au moins un outil de reporting/planning (TM1 fortement apprécié, Anaplan, Power BI…)

• Vous avez une bonne compréhension des indicateurs financiers et des processus de reporting

• Vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements internationaux et en transformation

• Vous parlez anglais couramment

• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et votre souci de la qualité des données

• Vous faites preuve de pédagogie, d’un bon relationnel et appréciez travailler en interaction avec des utilisateurs variés

• Vous êtes curieux(se), proactif(ve) et avez une appétence pour les outils data et les sujets innovants (IA, BI)
