Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Achats Indirects Groupe, vous pilotez la stratégie achats IT sur les périmètres hardware, services IT et téléphonie, pour l’ensemble des entités du Groupe, en France et à l’international.

Vous évoluez dans un environnement international, complexe et à fort rythme, combinant vision stratégique, négociations de haut niveau et opérationnel, avec une dimension managériale appelée à se renforcer.

Vos missions

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie achats IT (capex & opex) sur les catégories hardware et services, en lien étroit avec les équipes IT et métiers.
  • Piloter des appels d’offres internationaux multi-pays : cadrage des besoins, coordination des parties prenantes, négociations commerciales et contractuelles, contractualisation.
  • Structurer et sécuriser les achats IT : contrats cadres Groupe, standards, process et outils, dans un contexte de forte hétérogénéité pays.
  • Animer la performance fournisseurs (KPIs, revues business, plans de progrès) et assurer le suivi budgétaire et marché.
  • Apporter un support méthodologique et stratégique aux pays sur leurs achats IT locaux et projets sensibles.
  • Incarner un rôle de leader achats exposé, capable de prendre la parole, de décider et de porter des recommandations auprès des instances Groupe (Comex).
  • Management d'un acheteur IT.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 Ingénieur / École de commerce (MBA apprécié).
  • 6–8 ans d’expérience en achats IT indirects (hardware & services).
  • Appels d’offres internationaux, environnement matriciel.
  • Anglais courant / bilingue.
  • Leadership, assertivité, agilité et forte capacité de structuration.
