Wat ga je doen?

Als Assistant(e) van de IT-verantwoordelijke speel je een belangrijke rol in de goede werking en verdere ontwikkeling van de IT-omgeving van Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • De IT-verantwoordelijke ondersteunen bij het dagelijks beheer en de opvolging van de IT-activiteiten
  • De interne en externe IT-techniekers coördineren
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen de verschillende diensten om de samenwerking en de oplossing van IT-problemen te faciliteren
  • Meewerken aan IT-projecten rond upgrades, migraties en integraties
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de SAP- en SQL Server-omgevingen en de IT-infrastructuur in de winkels
  • Toezien op de goede werking van de systemen, servers en IT-infrastructuur

Wat zoeken wij in jou?

  • Een bachelordiploma in informatica of een aanverwante richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in IT
  • Goede kennis van SAP, SQL Server, Windows, Active Directory, netwerken en .NET.
  • Een sterke nieuwsgierigheid en de motivatie om je IT-kennis voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Een goede teamspirit, vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterk gevoel voor service.
  • Een gestructureerde, georganiseerde, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Flexibiliteit, reactievermogen en een goede stressbestendigheid.
  • Leiderschapspotentieel en de ambitie om verder te groeien in je verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands of Frans, met een goede kennis van de andere landstaal en het Engels.
