Wir suchen 1 Assistenz Einkauf Garten & Dekoration (w/m/d) Zur Verstärkung unseres Einkaufsteams im Bereich Haus & Garten suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Sortiment rund um Garten, Pflanzen und Dekoration mitbetreut und eigenverantwortlich unterstützt.

Aufgabenbereich

* Sie unterstützen unser Einkaufsteam im Bereich Haus & Garten bei der Sortimentsbetreuung rund um Garten und Dekoration.

* Sie pflegen Produktdaten, Preise und Artikelstammdaten in unseren Systemen und sorgen für die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung des Sortiments.

* Bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Aktionen und Werbemitteln wie Flugblättern sowie Projekten (z. B. zur Weiterentwickung des Sortiments) bringen Sie sich aktiv ein.

* Sie begleiten Lieferantengespräche und wirken bei der Erstellung von Verträgen sowie der Vorbereitung von Messe- und Veranstaltungsterminen mit.

* Als kommunikative Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Abteilungen und weiteren Stakeholder:innen wie unseren Kund:innen zusammen.

Qualifikationen

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Idealerweise bringen Sie erste praktische Erfahrungen im Handel bzw. im Einkauf mit.

* Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel, mit.

* Ihr Interesse an Artikeln rund um den Garten (u. a. Erde, Dünger, Pflanzenschutz, Gartenmöbel) verbinden Sie mit einem sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten.

* Sie arbeiten genau, zuverlässig und gerne eigenverantwortlich, schätzen aber ebenso die Arbeit im Team.

* Sie verfügen über dementsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, SAP-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

* Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei EUR 2.838,66 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, 38,5 h/Woche). Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
