Som Visual Merchandiser är du en del av säljteamet och befinner dig alltid mitt i händelsernas centrum. Ditt huvudansvar är att tillsammans med dina kollegor skapa en inspirerande och säljande butiksmiljö. Du planerar och följer upp kampanjer samt informerar och involverar dina kollegor i processen. Du arbetar målmedvetet med säljstyrningsverktyg och säkrar att butiken alltid är välfylld och föränderlig. Genom din personlighet och professionalism i kundmötet skapar du nöjda kunder som återvänder till butiken.

  • Vi söker dig med utbildning inom butikskommunikation
  • Vi vill att du har erfarenhet av liknande uppdrag inom detaljhandeln
  • Vi förväntar oss att du är initiativrik och handlingskraftig
  • Vi tror att du har en pedagogisk förmåga och lätt för att bygga relationer.
  • Vi hoppas att du är en positiv person med energi, engagemang och glädje.

Villkor:

  • Anställning: Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på deltid (22,5/veckan), provanställning tillämpas.
  • Placering: Butiken i Västerås
  • Schema: Varierande arbetstider, innehåller arbete på kvällar och helger.
  • Lön: Timlön enligt kollektivavtal med ansvarstillägg som VM
  • Start: 2026- 12-01 eller enligt överenskommelse
