The posting

Realizar a gestão da frota de veículos, garantindo disponibilidade e eficiência operacional; Atuar nos aspectos teóricos e práticos da operação de frotas; Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área; Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de orçamento, aprovações de reparos e manutenções; Planejar e controlar manutenções preventivas e corretivas da frota; Assegurar a execução de checklists dos veículos; Garantir a aplicação dos conceitos de 5S nos veículos e equipamentos; Aplicar a política de consequências para usuários em desacordo com as normas; Organizar e controlar o estoque de peças e pneus; Gerir manutenção e controle de custos de empilhadeiras; Elaborar e apresentar resultados e governança do setor em reuniões quinzenais.

Experiência com gestão de frotas (veículos leves e pesados); Vivência com controle de manutenção preventiva e corretiva; Conhecimento em gestão de custos e indicadores; Experiência com controle de estoque (peças e pneus); Conhecimento em boas práticas como 5S; Habilidade com liderança de equipes e gestão de processos; Boa organização, perfil analítico e comunicação.

Formação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais: Experiência com gestão de empilhadeiras; Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frotas ou manutenção; Vivência com políticas de compliance e gestão disciplinar.

Jornada de trabalho: segunda a sexta-feira 07h00 as 16h48 com intervalo de 1h.

Região de atuação: Jundiaí.
