Wil jij als Automation Engineer meewerken aan complexe technologieprojecten voor internationale klanten?In de regio Aalter vind je een groeiende technologiespeler die geavanceerde productiesystemen ontwikkelt voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen. Vanuit een sterke technische expertise ondersteunt het bedrijf internationale klanten in verscheidene sectoren.Met ongeveer 150 technische specialisten en een groeiend aantal projecten blijft deze organisatie haar internationale activiteiten uitbreiden. Als Automation Engineer krijg je de kans om automatiseringsprojecten van A tot Z te begeleiden en actief mee te denken over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Automation Engineer ontwerp je elektrische schema’s en vertaal je de technische vereisten van projecten naar een concrete automatiseringsoplossing
  • Daarnaast bereid je automatiseringsprojecten volledig voor, van PLC-programmering en visualisatiesoftware tot de selectie van geschikte elektrische componenten
  • Verder begeleid je installaties en opstarts bij internationale klanten, waarbij je storingen oplost en zorgt dat de systemen naar behoren functioneren
  • Ook bied je klanten technische ondersteuning en advies, zodat zij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de ontwikkelde automatiseringsoplossingen
  • Tot slot werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende technische disciplines en rapporteer je aan de Automation Manager
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens vijf jaar ervaring als Automation Engineer
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en bent bereid om tot 30% van je werktijd internationaal te reizen
