Combineer klantencontact, commercieel inzicht en organisatie binnen één veelzijdige functie!Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact, graag meedenkt met professionele klanten en tegelijk administratief sterk staat?Voor een gevestigde onderneming binnen de bouw- en distributiesector zoeken we een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die het verschil maakt in de dagelijkse dienstverlening.Deze onderneming is actief in regio Mechelen en heeft doorheen de jaren een sterke positie opgebouwd binnen de professionele distributiemarkt. Vanuit verschillende commerciële en logistieke activiteiten ondersteunt ze bedrijven en vakmensen bij de aankoop en levering van technische materialen.De organisatie combineert een uitgebreid productaanbod met persoonlijk advies, een gestructureerde voorraadwerking en een efficiënte logistieke dienstverlening. Klanten kunnen rekenen op een team dat hun behoeften begrijpt en hen begeleidt bij het vinden van de juiste oplossingen.Binnen de onderneming wordt sterk ingezet op productkennis, langdurige klantenrelaties en interne samenwerking. Commerciële medewerkers werken nauw samen met de aankoopafdeling, het magazijn en de logistieke diensten om bestellingen correct en tijdig af te handelen.Voor de verdere versterking van het team wordt uitgekeken naar iemand die commerciële feeling combineert met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.Op zoek naar een functie waarin klantencontact, administratie en logistiek samenkomen?   • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en helpt hen verder met productinformatie, bestellingen en commerciële vragen
  • Het opstellen van offertes en verwerken van klantenorders behoort tot jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Daarnaast volg je de voorraadniveaus en aankoopbehoeften op en stem je bestellingen af met de interne aankoop- en logistieke diensten
  • In samenwerking met jouw collega's bewaak je een vlotte order- en leveringsflow, zodat klanten correct geïnformeerd worden over beschikbaarheden en levertermijnen
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse organisatie en transportplanning, waarbij je mee het overzicht bewaart over de operationele werking
  • Een marktconform brutomaandloon, afgestemd op jouw relevante ervaring en kennis
  • 32 verlofdagen per jaar, bestaande uit 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen
  • Een voltijdse werkweek van 40 uur binnen een stabiele werkomgeving
  • Een werkregeling in daguren
  • Maaltijdcheques als aanvulling op jouw vaste verloning
  • Een uitgebreide interne opleiding om de productgroepen, commerciële processen en interne systemen te leren kennen
  • Een gevarieerde functie met een combinatie van commercieel klantencontact, orderadministratie en logistieke opvolging
