Als Transportplanner speel je een sleutelrol in het coördineren van transporten en het ondersteunen van een vlotte operationele werking.Wat houdt de job in?

  • De planning en coördinatie van containertransporten zorgt voor een correcte plaatsing, ophaling en wissel bij klanten en werven
  • Dagelijks overleg met chauffeurs en klanten garandeert een efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening
  • Administratieve opvolging van vervoersdocumenten en transportgegevens maakt integraal deel uit van de functie
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten worden gesignaleerd en actief opgevolgd binnen klantencontacten
  • Sporadische ondersteuning aan de weegbrug en algemene administratie zorgt voor extra variatie in het takenpakket
  • Een relevant diploma binnen logistiek of transport vormt een sterke basis
  • Ervaring in transportplanning of een gelijkaardige functie is een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Kennis van vervoersdocumenten, ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office is noodzakelijk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden gecombineerd met stressbestendigheid en commercieel inzicht
