Dan is deze functie als Export Customer Service Officer misschien wel jouw volgende carrièrestap!Voor een gevestigde onderneming in de regio Waasland zoeken we een Export Customer Service Officer die een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen internationale klanten en de verschillende interne afdelingen. De organisatie is actief binnen een productiegerichte omgeving en heeft doorheen de jaren een uitgebreid internationaal klantenbestand opgebouwd.Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving met rechtstreekse communicatielijnen en ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Vanuit jouw functie draag je bij aan een efficiënte orderverwerking en een sterke dienstverlening aan internationale klanten.Wil jij jouw ervaring binnen customer service, export en logistieke administratie verder uitbouwen?   • Van offerte en orderverwerking tot de uiteindelijke levering neem je de volledige administratieve opvolging van internationale klantendossiers voor jouw rekening
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt sta je dagelijks in contact met internationale klanten, transporteurs, leveranciers en interne afdelingen om een correcte dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Het verzorgen van exportdocumentatie en de administratieve ondersteuning bij douaneformaliteiten en internationale zendingen behoren eveneens tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • In nauwe samenwerking met productie en logistiek bewaak je de levertermijnen, volg je lopende bestellingen op en zorg je ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd
  • Daarnaast bied je de commerciële afdeling de nodige administratieve ondersteuning en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen logistiek, supply chain of verwante richting vormt een belangrijke basis voor deze functie, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van internationale handel, exportprocedures of logistieke processen
  • Je kan terugblikken op enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen customer service, export of logistieke administratie. Kennis van douaneformaliteiten en exportdocumentatie is vereist
  • Naast een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels beschik je over een gestructureerde werkhouding, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
