Combineer jij een scherp oog voor cijfers met een vlotte communicatie? Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende volg je dossiers nauwkeurig op en zorg je dat klanten en collega’s kunnen rekenen op correcte informatie.Onze klant is een familiale onderneming binnen de logistieke dienstverlening, gevestigd in regio Gent. Om de administratieve werking te versterken, zoeken we een collega die gestructureerd werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Je krijgt een afwisselend takenpakket waarin dossierbeheer, klantencontact en cijfermatige opvolging samenkomen.Je komt terecht in een vlakke bedrijfsstructuur met korte communicatielijnen, waar overleg en samenwerking centraal staan. Je bewaakt de volledigheid van dossiers en zorgt voor een vlotte informatie-uitwisseling met klanten en externe partners. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen voor te stellen en je kennis via opleidingen verder uit te bouwen.Benieuwd naar jouw rol? Lees hieronder verder.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je volgt operationele dossiers van A tot Z op in het terminalmanagementsysteem: van scheepsdocumenten en nominaties vóór en na de operatie tot facturatiegegevens en klachtenadministratie
  • Douanedocumenten, waaronder T1 en T2, controleer en verwerk je zorgvuldig in de juiste systemen en registers
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, rederijen en agenten verzorg je de dagelijkse communicatie via telefoon en mail. Daarnaast begeleid je chauffeurs, contractors en leveranciers bij hun aankomst op de site
  • Je verzorgt de dagelijkse rapportering en voorraadopvolging, controleert cijfers en voert berekeningen uit tussen verschillende meeteenheden
  • Met jouw overzicht over de administratieve werking signaleer je verbeterpunten en werk je mee aan efficiëntere processen
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar administratieve ervaring en een grondige kennis van de maritieme sector en vloeibare bulk. Ervaring binnen een terminal, olie- of chemicaliëndepot, als inspecteur of in customer service binnen de (petro)chemie vormt een troef
  • Nauwkeurig en cijfermatig werken gaat je vlot af: je rekent correct tussen meeteenheden en beschikt over een goede basiskennis van Excel, Word en Outlook. Kennis van douaneformaliteiten en voorraadbeheer van vloeibare producten is een pluspunt
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans. Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en pak je problemen proactief aan
