Zoek je een functie waarin je transportadministratie combineert met fleetmanagement en het optimaliseren van logistieke processen?Voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Bediende Transport. Deze organisatie is actief binnen de internationale handel en distributie van materialen voor professionele klanten. Dankzij haar uitgebreide logistieke activiteiten en sterke samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen speelt transport een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering.Doorheen de jaren heeft de onderneming een sterke positie opgebouwd binnen haar sector. De organisatie combineert een internationaal netwerk met een familiale bedrijfscultuur waarin samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en kennisdeling centraal staan. Een efficiënte transportorganisatie is daarbij essentieel om klanten correct en tijdig te beleveren.Als Logistiek Bediende Transport maak je deel uit van een ervaren logistiek team en krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen de dagelijkse transportwerking. Je ondersteunt de planning, bewaakt de naleving van de transportregelgeving en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen.Wil jij jouw expertise binnen transport en logistiek verder uitbouwen?   • Binnen de dagelijkse transportwerking ondersteun je de transportplanning en bewaak je de naleving van rij- en rusttijden, laadcapaciteit en wettelijke transportvoorschriften
  • Schadegevallen, claims en leveringsproblemen worden door jou opgevolgd, waarbij je binnen het fleetmanagement instaat voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling
  • Voor een vlotte verwerking van transportopdrachten registreer je orders in ERP- en TMS-systemen en stel je transportdocumenten zoals CMR's, leveringsbonnen en pakbonnen op
  • Door belangrijke logistieke KPI's te analyseren, waaronder leverbetrouwbaarheid, beladingsgraad, lege kilometers en transportkosten, help je de transportwerking verder te optimaliseren
  • Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan het verbeteren van logistieke processen, softwaretoepassingen en interne werkinstructies
  • Een bacheloropleiding binnen logistiek of expeditie is vereist. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke affiniteit met de logistiek sector en/of kennis van transportregelgeving, waaronder CMR, rij- en rusttijden, cabotage en Incoterms
  • Met minstens 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning of logistiek ben je vertrouwd met de dagelijkse transportwerking. Kennis van ERP-, TMS- of WMS-systemen, Excel, douaneprocedures en transportkosten komt hierbij goed van pas
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels, is belangrijk. Verder ben je analytisch, kostenbewust en oplossingsgericht en werk je graag samen met chauffeurs en collega's
