Als gevestigde speler binnen de sector staat de organisatie garant voor een efficiënte dienstverlening, waarbij kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.Als Logistiek Manager krijg je een verantwoordelijke functie waarin je verschillende afdelingen aanstuurt en actief bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van de logistieke activiteiten. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met strategisch inzicht en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van verschillende afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, transport, planning, dispatch en administratie
  • Als leidinggevende coach en motiveer je medewerkers, waarbij je toeziet op een optimale personeelsbezetting, duidelijke werkafspraken en een veilige werkomgeving
  • Je bewaakt de operationele prestaties en stuurt op productiviteit, kostenbeheersing, winstgevendheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid, waarbij je KPI's vertaalt naar concrete verbetermaatregelen
  • Vanuit een klantgerichte aanpak onderhoud je actief contact met klanten, bespreek je operationele resultaten en verbeterpunten en volg je gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet op
  • Met jouw hands-on aanpak signaleer je knelpunten en optimaliseer je logistieke processen, waarbij je samenwerkt met andere bedrijven binnen de internationale groep en rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CEO
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of Supply Chain Management heb je een sterke achtergrond in het aansturen van verschillende afdelingen en medewerkers
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opvolgen van KPI's, operationele resultaten en budgetten en beschikt over sterke organisatorische, analytische en commerciële vaardigheden
  • Als communicatief sterke en hands-on leidinggevende weet je medewerkers te motiveren, klantrelaties te onderhouden en actief bij te dragen aan procesoptimalisaties
