Voor een gevestigde dienstverlener binnen de mobiliteitssector in regio Mechelen zoeken we een Mobiliteitsplanner die graag het overzicht bewaart en een belangrijke rol speelt in de organisatie van uiteenlopende vervoersactiviteiten.Deze onderneming is actief binnen de transport- en mobiliteitssector, waar een efficiënte organisatie van mensen, middelen en vervoersbewegingen centraal staat. Achter de schermen zorgt een uitgebreide logistieke planning ervoor dat dagelijkse transportactiviteiten vlot verlopen. Daarbij vormen capaciteitsbeheer, nauwkeurige planning en operationele efficiëntie belangrijke aandachtspunten.Om de verdere ontwikkeling van de transportactiviteiten te ondersteunen, wordt gezocht naar een Mobiliteitsplanner die operationele planning combineert met data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie. Waar een klassieke Transportplanner of Dispatcher zich voornamelijk richt op de dagelijkse vervoersbewegingen, kijk jij ook naar capaciteitsvraagstukken, operationele prestaties en mogelijkheden om bestaande processen verder te verbeteren.Dankzij de combinatie van zelfstandigheid, analytische uitdagingen en operationele verantwoordelijkheid krijg je een functie waarin jouw inzichten rechtstreeks bijdragen aan een efficiënte dienstverlening.   • Als Mobiliteitsplanner sta je in voor het opstellen en optimaliseren van transportplanningen, waarbij je voertuigen, chauffeurs, vervoerders en beschikbare capaciteit efficiënt op elkaar afstemt
  • Het bewaken van de dagelijkse vervoerscapaciteit behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je als Transportplanner rekening houdt met beschikbare middelen, operationele noden en uiteenlopende vervoersopdrachten
  • Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht onderzoek je operationele prestaties, capaciteitsvraagstukken en afwijkingen in de planning en vertaal je deze gegevens naar concrete verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes
  • Bij onverwachte verstoringen of wijzigingen ondersteun je de operationele dispatching, werk je alternatieve vervoersoplossingen uit en stuur je bestaande planningen bij waar nodig
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met vervoerders, opdrachtgevers en interne collega's en zorg je voor correcte ritteninformatie, duidelijke planningsdocumenten en een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen
  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma binnen logistiek, supply chain, mobiliteit, transportmanagement of bedrijfskunde
  • Relevante ervaring van 3 jaar of langer binnen transportplanning, dispatching, logistiek of mobiliteitzorgt ervoor dat je vervoersplanningen en capaciteitsvraagstukken zelfstandig kunt beheren
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels wordt gecombineerd met analytisch inzicht, organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid. Daarnaast is een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en digitale planningssystemen noodzakelijk, waarbij ervaring met Excel, Power BI en capaciteitsplanning een extra troef vormt
