Heb je ervaring binnen kwaliteit en ben je klaar voor een rol waarin je die kennis breed kan inzetten bij verschillende voedingsbedrijven?Voor een gevestigde speler in kwaliteitsconsultancy zoeken we een Quality Engineer die als consultant aan de slag gaat met een vaste klantenportefeuille in de voedingsindustrie. Je begeleidt zowel familiale KMO’s als grotere productiebedrijven bij het versterken en verfijnen van hun kwaliteitsbeleid.Als vast aanspreekpunt werk je nauw samen met je klanten en denk je actief mee over hun kwaliteitsaanpak. Je bouwt aan langdurige samenwerkingen waarin je processen stroomlijnt, praktische oplossingen aanreikt en mee waakt over voedselveiligheid en conformiteit.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als QA Engineer help je klanten in de voedingssector om hun kwaliteitssystemen op punt te zetten en verder te verbeteren
  • Tijdens interne audits kijk je kritisch mee en vertaal je je bevindingen naar haalbare verbeteracties
  • Klanten vertrouwen op jouw advies rond HACCP, risicoanalyses, klachten en hoe processen efficiënter kunnen
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke analyseplannen, kijkt mee of de reiniging en ontsmetting goed gebeurt en checkt of acties effectief worden opgevolgd
  • Geen twee dagen zijn dezelfde: je werkt telkens bij een andere klant, van eenmalige opdrachten tot regelmatige opvolging
  • Je bent actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, met af en toe ook een klant in regio Moeskroen
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of master (biotechnologie, voeding, elektromechanica met affiniteit voor voeding, ...)
  • Ook heb je minstens 5+ jaar ervaring in kwaliteit binnen de voedingssector
  • Ervaring met HACCP, risicoanalyses, audits en procesoptimalisatie is noodzakelijk
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je goed in een adviesrol bij verschillende klanten
