Het bedrijf staat bekend om z'n enorme voorraad, snelle oplevertijden en een zeer divers machinerie- en wagenpark waarmee ze vrijwel elke klantvraag binnenshuis op maat verwerken en leveren. Binnen dit financieel gezond en groeiend familiebedrijf draait alles om kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klantgerichte oplossingen.Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker vorm jij de cruciale brug tussen de klant, verkoop en de productie. Jij luistert, denkt technisch mee en vertaalt de vraag van de klant naar een feilloos uitgewerkt dossier of offerte. Geen enkele aanvraag is exact hetzelfde, waardoor jouw technische inzicht en commerciële flair hier het absolute verschil maken!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Naar de specifieke noden van de klant luisteren en actief meedenken vormt de basis om technische vraagstukken om te zetten in een uitgewerkt voorstel
  • Als centrale spilfiguur verloopt de communicatie tussen de commerciële binnendienst, de klanten en het interne productie- en tekenbureau via jou
  • Nauwkeurige offertes voor diverse staal- en metaalconstructies op maat worden door jou opgesteld en zowel administratief als commercieel opgevolgd
  • Professionele klanten en particulieren krijgen onderbouwde begeleiding dankzij jouw vakkennis en pragmatische aanpak
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht, verkregen door een relevante opleiding (metaal, bouw of mechanica) of minimaal 2 jaar praktijkervaring, vormt de basis.
  • Commerciële flair gecombineerd met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele interactie met klanten.
  • Het nauwkeurig kunnen lezen, analyseren en interpreteren van technische plannen en maatvoeringen is essentieel.
  • Een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding staat centraal bij het dagelijks verwerken van de dossiers.
