Het bedrijf heeft een sterke operationele werking waarbij een goede afstemming tussen verschillende afdelingen belangrijk is. Een correcte organisatie van de dagelijkse activiteiten draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.Binnen de organisatie krijg je de kans om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en actief mee te denken over de dagelijkse werking. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar praktische oplossingen, een goede samenwerking en duidelijke afspraken centraal staan. Naast het organiseren van transporten is er ruimte om bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken en waar mogelijk te verbeteren.Wat houdt de job in?

  • De dagelijkse transportplanning organiseren en opvolgen, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met beschikbare middelen, afspraken en operationele prioriteiten
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen chauffeurs, collega's en andere betrokken partijen
  • Bij onverwachte wijzigingen of praktische problemen de planning aanpassen en zoeken naar haalbare oplossingen
  • De voortgang van de transportactiviteiten bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat gemaakte afspraken zo goed mogelijk worden nageleefd
  • Samen met collega's verbeterpunten signaleren en bijdragen aan een efficiënte organisatie van de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in logistiek, supply chain management of een aanverwante richting vormt een goede basis voor deze functie
  • Relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning of een logistieke omgeving is een must. Daarnaast werk je vlot met digitale systemen en kan je informatie op een gestructureerde manier verwerken
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans is noodzakelijk, andere talen zijn een grote plus. Je communiceert duidelijk, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de planning verandert
