Dan is deze uitdaging als Transportplanner misschien wel iets voor jou!Voor een gevestigd familiebedrijf in regio Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Transportplanner. Deze onderneming heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring binnen de transport- en bouwsector en beschikt over een uitgebreid wagenpark. Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en klantgerichtheid groeide het bedrijf uit tot een gevestigde speler binnen zijn sector.Als Transportplanner speel je een centrale rol in de dagelijkse transportorganisatie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten en chauffeurs en draagt bij aan een vlotte werking van de transportafdeling.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse transportplanning van een twintigtal chauffeurs en organiseert efficiënt ritten voor grond- en wegeniswerken verspreid over België
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandstalige en Franstalige klanten behandel je transportaanvragen en speel je flexibel in op hun specifieke behoeften
  • Op basis van afmetingen, gewichten en werfvereisten selecteer je de meest geschikte vrachtwagens en zorg je voor een optimale inzet van het wagenpark
  • Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden of lastminute wijzigingen schakel je snel, zoek je naar praktische oplossingen en zorg je ervoor dat transporten zo vlot mogelijk blijven verlopen
  • Naast de transportplanning verzorg je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden, ondersteun je de facturatie en leer je op termijn prijsvoorstellen voor nieuwe klanten uitwerken
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als chauffeurs
  • Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en technisch inzicht weet je snel te schakelen, prioriteiten te stellen en geschikte transportoplossingen te vinden
  • Met een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en Outlook) als basis ben je bereid om ook nieuwe softwareprogramma's aan te leren
