Schakel je vlot tussen chauffeurs, klanten en onverwachte wijzigingen?Dan is deze functie als Transportplanner Nationaal & Internationaal Transport misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!Voor een gevestigde transportonderneming in de regio Kruibeke zoeken we een ervaren Transportplanner die mee verantwoordelijk wordt voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van nationale en internationale transporten.Deze onderneming is al jarenlang actief binnen de transport- en logistieke sector en heeft een sterke expertise opgebouwd in het organiseren en coördineren van goederenstromen. Dankzij een combinatie van praktijkkennis, persoonlijke dienstverlening en een klantgerichte aanpak heeft het bedrijf een stevige positie binnen de sector verworven.Je komt terecht in een familiale werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar zelfstandigheid, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan.   • Als Transportplanner organiseer je de dagelijkse transportplanning van een 7-tal chauffeurs
  • Daarnaast beheer je de containerplanning en stockage op het eigen depot. Je stemt laadopdrachten af en zorgt ervoor dat alle containerbewegingen correct en efficiënt verlopen
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in VGM en ETA nauwgezet op en verzorgt de administratieve verwerking van transportopdrachten.
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten, rederijen en boekingsagenten. Je anticipeert op wijzigingen en zoekt praktische oplossingen om de planning vlot te laten verlopen
  • Samen met de zaakvoerder bewaak je de volledige transportorganisatie. Dankzij de rechtstreekse samenwerking en korte beslissingslijnen krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig te schakelen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van zeecontainertransport en hebt technisch inzicht in vrachtwagens en chassis.
  • Een relevante ervaring binnen transportplanning, bij voorkeur met zeecontainers, zorgt ervoor dat je snel zelfstandig aan de slag kunt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt praktisch en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte opvolging van jouw planning
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Frans, Engels en Duits. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, klantgericht en bereid om bij dringende wijzigingen bereikbaar te blijven voor de nodige planningsopvolging
