Dankzij een sterke focus op slimme routeplanning, betrouwbare dienstverlening en klantgerichtheid zorgt de onderneming ervoor dat reizigers dagelijks vlot hun bestemming bereiken.Voor de verdere ondersteuning van de transportactiviteiten in regio Kapelle-op-den-Bos wordt gezocht naar een Transportplanner die graag het overzicht bewaart. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar dagelijks heel wat vervoersbewegingen op elkaar afgestemd worden en waar geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde verloopt.Dankzij de combinatie van rechtstreeks chauffeurscontact, operationele uitdagingen en zelfstandigheid krijg je een functie waarin jouw beslissingen écht het verschil maken.   • Als Transportplanner sta je dagelijks in voor de organisatie en coördinatie van ritopdrachten, waarbij je chauffeurs efficiënt inzet en de beschikbare vervoerscapaciteit optimaal benut
  • Het bewaken van de dagelijkse transportplanning behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je snel schakelt bij onverwachte omstandigheden, vertragingen of wijzigingen
  • Dankzij een nauw contact met chauffeurs, klanten en reizigers zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie en een correcte opvolging van de geplande vervoersopdrachten
  • Daarnaast werk je efficiënte routes en klantspecifieke planningen uit, rekening houdend met beschikbare voertuigen, afgesproken tijdstippen en operationele vereisten
  • Met jouw organisatorisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen behoud je het overzicht over verschillende transportbewegingen en garandeer je een vlot verloop van de dienstverlening
  • Een relevante opleiding binnen logistiek of supply chain is vereist en vormt de basis voor jouw kennis van transportorganisatie en logistieke processen
  • Om de dagelijkse planning zelfstandig te kunnen beheren, is ervaring binnen transportplanning, dispatching of personenvervoer een absolute must
  • Dankzij jouw zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans, Engels en uitstekende stressbestendigheid schakel je vlot tussen verschillende partijen en ben je bereid om in wisselende diensten, inclusief weekends en feestdagen, te werken
