Lees dan zeker verder!Voor onze klant, regio Brugge, gaan wij op zoek naar een Engineering Manager. Het bedrijf is actief binnen de bouwindustrie en heeft ondertussen reeds decennialange ervaring. De kwaliteitsvolle producten kennen uitgebreide toepassingen in voornamelijk België en buurlanden.Momenteel is de organisatie een stevig verankerde KMO van een 220-tal personen. Deze werknemers zorgen voor een gigantische omzet van maar liefst €55 miljoen. De laatste jaren kende het familiebedrijf een sterke groei en vandaar gaan ze op zoek naar technische versterking.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je komt terecht in een nieuw gecreëerde rol die hard nodig is omwille van de groei van de afgelopen jaren
  • Als engineering manager geef je leiding aan de studiedienst van het bedrijf
  • In je team zitten een 6-tal personen (ingenieurs bouwkunde, tekenaars, calculators,…)
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen verkoop, engineering en productie
  • Nadat de offerte is binnengehaald ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische uitwerking van het project
  • Optreden als technisch expert én het aansturen van je team zijn je hoofdtaken in deze functie
  • Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica
  • Een sterke elektrische kennis is een pluspunt (bv hoogspanning, middenspanning,…)
  • Je bent assertief en durft tegen interne sales mensen ingaan
  • Naast het Nederlands kan je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
