Wil jij de logistieke processen mee in goede banen leiden bij een internationale marktspeler?Voor een gevestigde onderneming in de regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Logistics Officer die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en verder kijkt dan de dagelijkse logistieke administratie.Deze internationaal actieve organisatie is een gevestigde waarde binnen de technische sector en combineert productie met een uitgebreid logistiek netwerk. Een vlotte goederenstroom en een sterke samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen staan centraal.Als Senior Logistics Officer krijg je een veelzijdige functie waarin je transporten coördineert, logistieke uitdagingen oplost en actief bijdraagt aan procesverbeteringen. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel binnen de logistieke werking en krijgt de kans om écht impact te maken.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Senior Logistics Officer coördineer je de ontvangst van transporteurs en zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van ophalingen, expressleveringen en internationale exportzendingen
  • De volledige transportadministratie neem je voor jouw rekening, waarbij je aanvragen verwerkt in SAP en zorgt voor correcte transport- en douanedocumenten
  • Dankzij een nauwe samenwerking met het magazijn en verschillende interne afdelingen garandeer je een efficiënte goederenstroom en een optimale dienstverlening
  • Logistieke klachten en operationele problemen analyseer je grondig, waarna je concrete oplossingen formuleert en de uitvoering nauwgezet opvolgt
  • Met jouw ervaring trek je afdelingsoverkoepelende verbeterprojecten en werk je samen met verschillende teams om logistieke processen structureel te optimaliseren
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in logistiek of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek en transportadministratie, inclusief CMR's en douanedocumenten, stelt je in staat om snel zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan
  • Met SAP ben je vertrouwd of je bent bereid je kennis van dit systeem verder uit te bouwen
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels, terwijl je nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht werkt
