Descripció del lloc

Cerquem una persona per incorporar-se com a 2n/a Encarregat/da de Botiga a la nostra botiga de Barcelona mitjançant un contracte d'interinitat per substitució d'una baixa de maternitat.

La persona seleccionada donarà suport a l'encarregat/da de botiga en la gestió diària de l'establiment, liderarà l'equip en la seva absència i garantirà el correcte funcionament de l'operativa comercial, així com l'excel·lència en l'atenció al client, en un entorn cultural dinàmic i orientat al servei.

Requisits del lloc

  • Incorporació immediata i flexibilitat horària.
  • Experiència mínima de 2 anys en llocs de responsabilitat en comerç al detall, botigues de museu, llibreries o retail cultural.
  • Bon nivell d'atenció al client; es valorarà el coneixement d'anglès i altres idiomes.
  • Coneixements de gestió de caixa, tancament de caixa i control d'incidències.
  • Capacitat per gestionar estoc, rebre mercaderia i realitzar comandes bàsiques.
  • Habilitats de lideratge, organització i resolució d'incidències al punt de venda.

Funcions i responsabilitats

  • Donar suport a l'encarregat/da en la coordinació de l'equip de botiga, distribuint tasques i fomentant un ambient de treball col·laboratiu.
  • Garantir una atenció al client de qualitat, resolent dubtes i reclamacions amb professionalitat i eficàcia.
  • Realitzar i supervisar els tancaments de caixa, el control diari de vendes i el registre d'incidències.
  • Controlar i mantenir l'estoc, fer reposicions i donar suport en la gestió de comandes i recepció de mercaderia.
  • Vetllar pel compliment de les normes d'higiene, seguretat i presentació del producte a la botiga.
  • Col·laborar en la implementació de promocions i en l'assoliment dels objectius comercials.

  • Persona orientada al client, proactiva i amb capacitat per treballar sota pressió en entorns amb elevada afluència de públic.
  • Facilitat per liderar equips, bona comunicació i capacitat organitzativa.
  • Actitud resolutiva, sentit de la responsabilitat i atenció al detall.
