Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 an hour with 7% increase for second and third shift.   Additional Incentives: (examples below)

  Work Hours:  3p-11p straight shift. Location: South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West   As a Baler Operator, you will:

Operate Forklift Load and unload trailers Maintain baling equipment Tend to the paper baling machinery Thread, twist or clamp bands around bales of paper Keep records of materials Knowledge of baler room processes preferred.

  Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 20-50 pounds Ability to set up, operate, and perform adjustments to equipment
