About the Role: As our Assistant Press Operator, you will support press operations, ensure quality, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Press Operator and receive on-the-job training to help advance your career.

Assist Press Operator with press setup and make-ready tasks Operate & maintain printing presses Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output Make necessary color or register adjustments Assist in replacing press rollers using hand tools Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment

Technical Knowledge: General experience with presses.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments

Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality production output

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Technical Requirements:

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. Frequently

Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)

Technical Skills: Ability to read job specifications, perform maintenance, read a micrometer, and use basic math & computer skills
