Estamos em busca de um (a) Assistente de Retenção que seja entusiasta e esteja motivado (a) para trabalhar com a gente. O candidato (a) ideal tem experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e acelerados, e deseja fazer história junto com o restante da equipe da Lalamove Brasil.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar chamadas para potenciais motoristas para orientá-los no processo de integração e incentivá-los a concluir todas as etapas necessárias
  • Responder às perguntas e preocupações dos motoristas, fornecendo informações precisas sobre requisitos, benefícios e políticas da plataforma
  • Acompanhar as inscrições inativas ou incompletas para garantir a ativação oportuna dos motoristas
  • Acompanhar e relatar o desempenho individual de conversão, cumprindo os KPIs diários, semanais e mensais
  • Manter registos precisos das interações e do estado dos motoristas no sistema CRM
  • Identificar e comunicar questões recorrentes ou feedbacks dos motoristas ao líder da equipe para melhorar os processos de integração
  • Colaborar com os membros da equipe para compartilhar as melhores práticas e atingir as metas de conversão da equipe
  • Suporte campanhas ou iniciativas especiais destinadas a aumentar a ativação dos motoristas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atendimento
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e capacidade de criar conexão com diferentes perfis
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel, Google Sheets e CRM
  • Capacidade de atingir e superar metas em um ambiente dinâmico
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, com habilidade para influenciar, engajar e conduzir conversas de forma consultiva, incentivando a conclusão do cadastro.
  • Senso de urgência e foco na resolução de pendências durante o contato com o motorista
  • Excelente comunicação verbal, escuta ativa e habilidade em contornar objeções para garantir a conclusão do processo de onboarding
  • Espírito colaborativo e atitude proativa
