Line Supervisor

Als Line Supervisor bij Lamb Weston EMEA speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze geplande aardappelproductie — veilig, efficiënt én volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat productieprocessen soepel verlopen, met oog voor rendement, (voedsel)veiligheid, milieu en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel bij verstoringen in het productieproces, denkt mee over technische uitdagingen en vindt praktische oplossingen. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals Productie (Verpakking, Logistiek, Facilities), Planning en de Technische Dienst. Samen zorgen jullie voor een optimale productieomgeving.

Hoe ziet je werk er uit?

Je geeft leiding aan een team van 8 tot 10 medewerkers en weet jouw teamleden te coachen en motiveren om hun prestaties én vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je creëert een positieve werksfeer waarin samenwerken, veiligheid en open communicatie centraal staan. Door continu in gesprek te blijven met je medewerkers, bouw je aan een sterk en betrokken team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een vlekkeloos productieproces, waarbij de juiste aanvoer van grondstoffen, hulpstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en additieven altijd geborgd is. Het betreft een functie in de 5-ploegendienst en je rapporteert aan de Area Manager Frozen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting techniek, logistiek, voedingsmiddelentechnologie of bedrijfskunde. Óf een MBO+ diploma;
  • Je bent bereid om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen met zowel interne als externe mogelijkheden;
  • Affiniteit met leidinggeven, techniek en het organiseren van bedrijfsprocessen;
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie;
  • Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler die gericht is op het realiseren van resultaat en hierbij gebruikmaakt van coachend leiderschap om het beste uit je team te halen;
  • Je bent energiek, proactief, flexibel en hebt bewezen leidinggevende vaardigheden.
