The posting

Als Elektro Monteur (dagdienst) wordt je verantwoordelijk voor ons preventieve onderhoud. Je gaat werken binnen een grote fabriek met een hoge graad van automatisering en gevarieerde technieken. Een dynamische en verantwoordelijke rol waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt. Wij zien altijd kansen, jij ook?

Wat wordt jouw missie? Als Elektro Monteur binnen de dagdienst wordt je mede verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud en voer je modificaties uit aan bedrijfsmiddelen en installaties van onze productielijnen. Hierbij kan je in de hele fabriek worden ingezet. Je bent werkzaam in Bergen op Zoom je maakt onderdeel uit van het Technical Services team. Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor Technical Services.

Hoe ziet je werk er uit?

  • Plegen van preventief onderhoud aan onze apparatuur, vervangen van onderdelen;
  • Programmeren, inregelen en bedienen van de besturingen van alle installaties en apparatuur die bij het processen behoren;
  • Kennis van PLC,s Temp/freq regelaars, industriële automatisering.
  • Indienen van onderbouwde verbetervoorstellen voor modificaties aan de huidige installaties;
  • Begeleiden en aansturen van externe monteurs bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden;
  • Registreren van uitgevoerd onderhoud, verbruikte materialen en bijzonderheden in ons ERP systeem (SAP);
  • Naleven van bedrijfs- en (voedsel)veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding MBO niveau ¾ richting elektrotechniek.
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de elektrotechniek in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van voorschriften NEN 3140.
  • Je beschikt over computervaardigheden en bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP.
  • Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit, toont initiatief en je bent creatief in het vinden van technische oplossingen.
  • De drive hebben om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Je bent bereid om (op een later moment) consignatiediensten te draaien.
