This person will be closely involved in a key company function, working directly with senior leadership and playing a meaningful part in laying the foundation for a strong investor relations program as Lambda grows. It is an ideal role for someone eager to build deep expertise in investor relations, finance, and capital markets.

What You'll Do

Investor Communications & Earnings Support

- Own and maintain the company materials used in investor conversations and capital raises, including investor presentations, company overviews, fact sheets, data room materials, and key metrics, keeping them accurate, current, and consistent.

- Provide research, analytical, and administrative support in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including presentation decks, executive briefing documents, Q&A materials, and earnings call support materials.

- Assist in the collection, organization, and review of information used in earnings releases, investor presentations, earnings call materials, and other investor communications.

Market Intelligence & Research

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, capital markets activity, and broader market developments, and summarize key insights for the Investor Relations team and executive leadership.

- Support peer company, market, and competitive analysis through research, data collection, and preparation of recurring reports and summaries.

- Compile and summarize analyst commentary, investor feedback, and key themes emerging from investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.

- Perform ad hoc research projects on company performance, industry developments, competitors, and capital markets topics.

Executive & Investor Support

- Prepare briefing materials, background research, meeting agendas, and summaries for executive meetings with investors, analysts, lenders, and other external stakeholders.

- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering investor activity, market intelligence, peer developments, and other investor relations metrics.

- Track investor interactions, maintain records of meetings and follow-up items, and help ensure timely execution of investor-related requests and commitments.

Investor Operations

- Maintain investor relations databases, contact lists, and other records supporting investor engagement activities.

- Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences, earnings events, and other investor-facing activities.

You

- Have 2+ years of professional experience in a business, finance, communications, operations, executive support, investor relations, or other analytical environment.

- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from a variety of sources.

- Understand core financial concepts and can read, summarize, and evaluate financial statements.

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

- Enjoy conducting research, preparing presentations, and creating materials for executive audiences.

- Are comfortable working with senior leaders and maintaining professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders.

- Have strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Are proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other business productivity tools, and go beyond basic use of AI tools to build skills, workflows, and processes in AI that streamline how the team operates.

- Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are willing to take on both analytical and operational responsibilities as needed.

- Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about investor relations, capital markets, and the AI industry.

Development / Potential Growth Areas

Successful performance in this role may lead to increased responsibility in the following areas:

Investor Communications

- Take a greater role in shaping the content, structure, and messaging of investor presentations and executive communications, moving beyond preparing and updating existing materials.

- Draft portions of earnings-related materials, investor updates, and executive briefing documents.

Market & Investor Analysis

- Move beyond gathering and summarizing information to identifying trends, themes, and implications from investor feedback, analyst commentary, and market developments.

- Take ownership of recurring investor intelligence, peer monitoring, and competitive analysis reporting.

- Develop a deeper understanding of investor perspectives and capital markets dynamics.

- Take on greater responsibility for tracking investor interactions and supporting investor engagement activities.

Earnings & Public Company Readiness

- Assume greater responsibility in the preparation and coordination of earnings-related materials and processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
