VOTRE NOUVEAU DÉFI Nous recherchons un commis EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) avec un œil de lynx pour les détails et une belle approche client afin de rejoindre notre équipe. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS : • Préparer les commandes des clients EDI : Saisie de la commande, accusé de réception de la commande, création d'étiquettes, emballage, prise de rendez- vous, expédition et facturation. • Vous êtes capable d'identifier les problèmes liés aux commandes et aux stocks et de communiquer de manière appropriée avec le bon service. • Traiter les nouveaux bons de commande reçus dans SAP et SPS. • Traiter les demandes d'ASN provenant de nos entrepôts aux Etats-Unis et en Colombie Britannique. • Transférer les données/documents EDI appropriés concernant les expéditions aux clients. • Vérification quotidienne et exportation des factures des clients.• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre. QUALITÉS DU CANDIDAT IDÉAL Expérience préalable dans un entrepôt. Maîtrise de l'outil informatique. (Connaissance de base d'Excel et expérience d'Outlook) Connaissance de SAP, Vantree, SPS, Lisa (ou WMS comparable), création de produits fournisseurs. Autonome et esprit d'équipe. YOUR NEW CHALLENGE We are looking for a detail and customer service-oriented EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) clerk to join our team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare EDI clients’ PO’s: Order Entry, Order Acknowledgement, Label Creation, Packing, Booking Appointments, Shipping, and Invoicing Able to identify PO/stock issues and communicate appropriately with the correct department. Process new PO’s received in SAP & SPS. Process/Troubleshoot ASN requests from our warehouses in USA and British Columbia Transfer appropriate EDI data/documents regarding shipments to customers. Daily verification & Exporting of Customer Invoices. Maintaining a clean work environment. QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience working in a warehouse. Proficient with computers. (Basic Excel knowledge, and Outlook experience) Knowledge of SAP, Vantree, SPS, Lisa (Or comparable WMS), Supplier Product Creation Autonomous, as well as a Team player. Details and Customer Service oriented. Fully Bilingual (English/French)
