Immobilienbewirtschafter/-in die mit Fachwissen, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Immobilienbranche überzeugt.

Ihr Job ##

  • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung eines vielseitigen Immobilienportfolios
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Eigentümern, Mietern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungsbesichtigungen, -abnahmen und -übergaben
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Mietverträgen sowie Bearbeitung von Kündigungen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Handwerkern, Hauswarten und externen Dienstleistern
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben rund um die Immobilienbewirtschaftung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, vorzugsweise in der Bewirtschaftung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (vorzugsweise PROPbase)
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine gesunde Portion Humor
