Wir suchen dich: Als unser/e WerkstudentIn Office Management (m/w/d) trägst du maßgeblich zum physischen Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden bei. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Büros stets einen einladenden Eindruck machen und sich alle, sowohl deine KollegInnen als auch externe BesucherInnen, in den Büros wohlfühlen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben im Überblick:

  • Du agierst als erste/r AnsprechpartnerIn für unsere zwei Offices in München sowie unser Office in Berlin und unterstützt unsere KollegInnen bei ihren Anliegen.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass in den Büros nichts fehlt.
  • Falls Möbel oder Einrichtungsgegenstände in München umgestellt werden müssen, unterstützt du bei Bedarf.
  • Zudem unterstützt du unseren CEO bei anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Koordination seiner Termine.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student / eingeschriebene Studentin, wohnst in München und wärst für 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.
  • Du kannst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren und bist ein Organisationstalent.
  • Du hast eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches Auftreten und ein serviceorientiertes Mindset.
