WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF SALES PROFESSIONAL.

Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is looking for an experienced, polished, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

Our clients expect more than someone who can sell them a vehicle. They expect a professional who understands their needs, respects their time, communicates exceptionally well, and delivers a modern luxury experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver a premium, personalized experience to every client
  • Build genuine relationships with customers rather than simply "working a deal"
  • Understand client needs and professionally present the right Jaguar or Land Rover product
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and walk-arounds
  • Provide a seamless experience from initial contact through delivery
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Utilize our CRM and digital tools to effectively manage your customer portfolio
  • Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, technology, and features
  • Work closely with management, BDC, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless ownership experience
  • Protect the reputation and standards of the Jaguar Land Rover brands with every customer interaction
  • Consistently achieve individual sales, gross profit, CSI, and customer-retention objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively use a CRM and digital sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment

Luxury automotive experience is preferred.

Experience with brands such as Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Cadillac, Volvo, Genesis, or other premium brands is a plus.
