Deine Position

Du möchtest strategische Kundenbeziehungen gestalten, Verantwortung für Enterprise B2B-Kunden übernehmen und deine Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld einbringen? Als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du als Stabsstelle vom Account die eigenständige Betreuung, Bearbeitung von Problemen und strategische Weiterentwicklung deiner Kunden, damit diese langfristig erfolgreich mit Lanes & Planes arbeiten.

Dein Arbeitsalltag

  • Kundenbetreuung & Strategie: Eigenständige Betreuung deines B2B-Bestandskundenportfolios sowie Durchführen von regelmäßigen Health Checks, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) und Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
  • Vertragsmanagement & Expansion: Vertragsmanagement inklusive Verlängerungen (Renewals), Angeboten, Preisverhandlungen sowie die Identifizierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten bei Bestandskunden.
  • Problem- & Eskalationsmanagement: Bearbeitung von Problemen, Eskalationen und Steuerung komplexer Kundenanliegen als zentrale Stabsstelle für den Kunden.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Steigerung von Product Adoption, Retention und Compliance durch beratende Unterstützung sowie Customer Enablement in Form von Schulungen für EndnutzerInnen.
  • Churn-Prävention: Proaktives Erkennen von Churn-Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
  • Feedback & Zusammenarbeit: Einholen von Kundenfeedback und enge Schnittstellenarbeit mit Sales, Product, Support und internen Teams.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (2+) im Customer Success, Account oder Key Account Management, idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Betreuung von B2B-Kunden und Stakeholder-Management auf Entscheiderebene.
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsstärke und Commercial Mindset.
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Ownership (z. B. Analyse von Kunden- und Nutzungsdaten).
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-, Ticketing- oder Analytics-Systemen (z. B. Zendesk oder Planhat) sowie hohe IT-Affinität.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
