Deine Position

Bei Lanes & Planes ist kein Tag wie der andere. Dein Fokus: Als Senior Product Manager verantwortest du mehrere große Produktthemen pro Quartal, von der Discovery bis zum messbaren Impact. Du verstehst Probleme erst tiefgehend, bevor du Lösungen baust, und zwar zunehmend selbst mit AI-Agenten, abgestimmt mit unseren Tech Leads. Du hältst Stakeholder aligned, steuerst komplexe Rollouts und belegst deinen Erfolg in Zahlen. Wenig Meetings, viel Fokuszeit.

Dein Arbeitsalltag

  • Du verantwortest mehrere größere Produktthemen pro Quartal, von der Discovery über die Delivery bis zu Adoption und messbarem Impact.
  • Du verstehst die Probleme unserer Kunden tiefgehend, gemeinsam mit Customer Success und Data, bevor du Lösungen baust.
  • Du entwickelst Lösungen zunehmend selbst mit AI-Agenten, vom Prototyp bis zu produktionsnahem Code, und stimmst Architektur, Qualität und Priorisierung mit unseren Tech Leads ab.
  • Du triffst Entscheidungen in deinem Bereich selbst und hältst Stakeholder aus Finance, Customer Service und Engineering aligned.
  • Du steuerst Rollouts kontrolliert, gerade bei Supplier-Integrationen wie Hotelaggregatoren, und misst den Erfolg nach dem Launch.
  • Du gestaltest den Wandel zu AI-first Development und unsere Priorisierung über Shape Up (Pitches, Betting Table) aktiv mit.
  • Wir arbeiten schriftlich und asynchron: wenig Meetings, viel Zeit für Discovery und Fokusarbeit.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Product Management.
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen, prozesslastigen B2B-Produkten, idealerweise in Fintech, Travel, Logistik oder SaaS mit Billing und Invoicing.
  • Nachweisbare End-to-End-Ownership: Discovery, Business Case, Implementation, Launch.
  • Du triffst datengetriebene Entscheidungen und belegst sie mit Zahlen.
  • Du arbeitest Lean und hypothesengetrieben.
  • Du nutzt AI-Tools heute schon aktiv, für Prototyping, Analyse oder Code, und willst damit Produkte bauen, nicht nur Specs schreiben.
  • Technisches Verständnis für APIs und Datenmodelle; du kannst von AI erzeugten Code einordnen und prüfen.
  • Unternehmerischer Drive, hohe Eigenständigkeit, fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
