The posting

Registered Nurse – Aesthetics & Wellness

Join a boutique practice where wellness, aesthetics, and work-life balance come together.

We are building a concierge, membership-based aesthetics and longevity practice focused on personalized care, meaningful client relationships, and exceptional results. We're looking for an experienced Texas-licensed RN who is excited to join a growing practice and help shape its future.

What We Offer

Our services include:

  • Men's Wellness: Hormone optimization, ED treatment, peptide therapy, GLP-1s, and longevity-focused care
  • Women's Wellness & Aesthetics: Botox, fillers, facials, microneedling, Tixel, advanced skincare, exosomes, and more

The Role

You'll work closely with our Medical Director and physician team while enjoying the autonomy to provide highly personalized care. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing aesthetic and wellness treatments
  • Supporting hormone optimization, peptide, and GLP-1 protocols
  • Developing long-term relationships with a boutique client base
  • Managing clinical supplies and inventory
  • Helping expand and refine our wellness and aesthetic offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Active Texas RN license
  • Experience in aesthetics and functional/wellness medicine
  • IV therapy and/or phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Ability to work confidently and independently
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys aesthetics, wellness, and building relationships with clients

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Real work-life balance. Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–3:00/4:00 p.m., with flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. Part-time and full-time options available.
  • Boutique, relationship-based care. Spend meaningful time with clients instead of rushing through a revolving door of appointments.
  • Family-first culture. We believe talented providers shouldn't have to choose between a rewarding career and life outside of work.
  • Competitive compensation. Generous base pay, bonus opportunities, and the potential for profit sharing.
  • Room to grow. Join us at an exciting stage with plans to expand into Austin and Houston—and the opportunity to grow along with us.
  • Physician-backed autonomy. Enjoy independence while having the support and oversight of a dedicated Medical Director.

If you're an experienced RN who wants to combine aesthetics, wellness, autonomy, and a schedule that leaves room for life, we'd love to meet you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
