  • 10-Hour Shifts, Not 12: Enjoy 10-hour shifts and a flexible schedule that promotes true work-life balance. No need to design your life around your work schedule.
  • Competitive Salary - $280,000-$350,000; loan repayment and sign-on bonus available
  • Manageable Workload: 16 shifts per month with majority of shifts at one site. Positions available at Lynchburg General, Southside Community (Farmville), and Bedford Memorial.
  • No Procedures Required: 24/7 intensivist coverage and support means no codes, vents, or procedures
