我们是一家更注重伙伴成长和未来发展上限的公司，咱们公司更具备竞争力的地方就是我们的发展前景和能带来的学习和收入。所以我们希望是找能共同成长的小伙伴，给到完善的培养和发展空间，晋升机会多，周期不限，方向不限。公司以结果为导向，付出和结果会有相应的回报~抖音运营是统筹型的角色哦，是需要对各个板块都有了解且有沉淀的。 【你需要做】 【运营岗位职责】（前期需要沉淀学习）： 1、负责抖音店铺运营，深入品类打爆品； 2、负责制定运营、推广计划，把控活动节奏，店铺数据分析诊断及快速调整； 3、整个直播间的搭建（包括直播间场景搭建，玩法构建，直播间排品，话术撰写，整体优化）； 4、负责分析行业市场、竞争对手信息，结合店铺运营数据，不断优化运营策略； 5、短视频制作的能力（了解短视频，可以撰写爆款视频脚本）； 6、千川投放及内容/主播人员资源的调动。 【沉淀学习期间岗位职责】（了解产品与流程）： 1、熟悉抖音规则、直播规则和电子商务基本流程，通过在线接待客户及时、有效、妥善地处理客户的询单问题，促成订单成交；通过直播，及时通过话术和对产品的理解感染客户，促成订单成交； 2、通过实时了解产品信息，较为精准地判断客户需求，快速成交客户； 3、熟悉抖音客服、主播直播等流程和内容，接待好客户，减少客户流失量；定期进行接单成交、流失分析，总结客户需求，优化客户服务方案； 4、晋升为抖音运营后，独立带产品链接、广告推广、数据分析等。 【其他信息】 1、休息：月休6天，法定节假日有调休；沉淀学习期会有大小周排休； 2、工作时间：9：15 - 19：00，中午12：00 - 13：45休息； 3、沉淀学习期工作时间：会有早晚班排班，正常8小时工作制，中间有吃饭休息时间半小时到一小时；早班：8:00 - 16:30，晚班：16:30 - 1:00，大促期间可能有中班。

【我们希望你】 1、2026届应届本科及以上学历，专业不限，电商相关专业优先考虑； 2、性格积极乐观，有较强的上进心，工作认真，有较强的责任心，踏实工作，能做实事且不惧挑战，有主见，思维灵活，敢于尝试； 3、吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，能完成销售目标； 4、不要求相关运营经验，但希望对于电商及直播行业有热情，且有一些前置的了解； 5、之前从事过电商直播、电商运营等相关的工作，比如带货直播或内容经验的优先考虑。
