Planejamento, desenvolvimento, implantação e execução continuada de atividades de suporte técnico aos usuários de TIC e Serviços de Sustentação da Infraestrutura, remoto e presencial, abrangendo orientação e esclarecimento de dúvidas, recebimento, registro, análise, diagnóstico, atendimento de solicitações de clientes, resolução de problemas, implementação de serviços, migrações e transferência tecnológicas, execução de procedimentos periódicos, controle e atualização de documentações voltadas para sustentação da infraestrutura de TIC.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEspecialização Exclusiva e Avançada em PostgreSQLAdministração de Ambientes: Gestão completa e exclusiva de ecossistemas PostgreSQL corporativos.Tuning e Performance: Domínio avançado em rotinas de vacuum/autovacuum, otimização de performance e análise detalhada de planos de execução (EXPLAIN, ANALYZE).Gerenciamento de Conexões (PgBouncer): Instalação, configuração de pooling modes, monitoramento avançado de conexões e diagnóstico de problemas de saturação.Automação e Desenvolvimento: Capacidade para criar, ler e revisar scripts complexos em PL/pgSQL. Infraestrutura Linux, Resiliência e ContinuidadeSustentação do Sistema Operacional: Suporte e otimização (tuning) em ambientes Linux (RHEL, Debian e Ubuntu), com foco em storage e sistemas de arquivos (file systems) para alta performance de banco de dados.Alta Disponibilidade (HA) e DR: Experiência prática com replicação física e lógica, monitoramento preventivo com alertas e estratégias consolidadas de Disaster Recovery.Gestão de Backups: Configuração, administração e proposição de melhorias para as políticas internas de backup e restore.Ciclo de Vida Operacional: Aplicação de patches, atualizações de versão e resolução de incidentes/problemas nos ambientes de Desenvolvimento, Homologação, Testes e Produção.Governança, Modelagem e Compliance de DadosPadrões Corporativos: Manutenção de padrões rigorosos de nomenclatura, mnemônicos, biblioteca de objetos de dados e do mapa de integração, seguindo a Política de Administração de Dados da Contratante.Homologação de Modelos: Validação técnica de modelos de dados lógicos e físicos junto à instituição.Segurança e LGPD: Controle estrito de acessos (roles), auditoria, logs, criptografia e total conformidade com a LGPD e boas práticas de segurança lógica.Consultoria Técnica e Cooperação InstitucionalIntegração com Equipes de TI: Suporte técnico para as áreas de Planejamento de TI, Gestão de Mudanças, Qualidade de Software e Testes no que tange às bases corporativas.Documentação e Pesquisa: Elaboração de artigos de melhores práticas, prospecção e especificação técnica de novas soluções de infraestrutura e interface direta com fornecedores/fabricantes via chamados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesESCOLARIDADE Superior Completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI).
