Responsável pelos serviços de análise e acompanhamento de suporte operacional, seguindo os padrões e processos do cliente. Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

Administrar e gerenciar ambientes Linux corporativos, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho, segurança e continuidade dos serviços; Gerenciar recursos computacionais dos servidores de forma integrada às plataformas de monitoramento e gerenciamento de infraestrutura; Instalar, configurar, atualizar e manter sistemas operacionais Linux, seus componentes e serviços, incluindo ambientes de alta disponibilidade; Diagnosticar, analisar e solucionar incidentes e problemas complexos relacionados à plataforma Linux e seus serviços; Aplicar correções, atualizações de segurança e patches liberados pelos fabricantes, avaliando impactos e riscos no ambiente; Definir e administrar padrões de nomenclatura para usuários, grupos e estruturas de segurança; Configurar e prestar suporte às soluções de proxy e filtro de conteúdo utilizadas no ambiente corporativo; Configurar, monitorar e solucionar problemas em ferramentas de monitoramento de infraestrutura e serviços; Configurar e apoiar a administração de soluções de firewall, IPS e demais controles de segurança da infraestrutura; Definir, estruturar e administrar recursos compartilhados em servidores, incluindo diretórios, permissões e compartilhamentos; Prover suporte técnico a problemas relacionados a hardware, sistema operacional e serviços executados nos servidores Linux; Participar de projetos de infraestrutura, fornecendo informações técnicas sobre arquitetura, características e dimensionamento de servidores e seus componentes; Elaborar documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e guias de melhores práticas para utilização da plataforma Linux em ambientes de produção e alta disponibilidade; Acompanhar e apoiar a tratativa de chamados junto a fornecedores e fabricantes para resolução de problemas de alta complexidade; Realizar prospecção, avaliação e especificação técnica de soluções de infraestrutura baseadas em Linux; Atuar na manutenção, evolução e melhoria contínua de soluções DevOps utilizadas pela organização; Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de desenvolvimento para implementação de melhorias de desempenho, segurança e automação da infraestrutura; Implementar e administrar ferramentas que contribuam para a modernização, automação e eficiência operacional do ambiente tecnológico; Apoiar iniciativas de transformação tecnológica, propondo soluções aderentes às necessidades de infraestrutura e às melhores práticas de mercado; Contribuir para a definição de padrões, processos e arquiteturas voltados à sustentação e evolução da plataforma Linux.

Perfil desejado: experiência sólida em administração de ambientes Linux corporativos, alta disponibilidade, segurança da informação, monitoramento, automação, DevOps, redes e infraestrutura de servidores. Conhecimentos em proxy, firewall, IPS, virtualização, containers, ferramentas de observabilidade e automação serão considerados diferenciais.
