Missão do Cargo: Apoiar a manutenção, monitoramento e suporte de ambientes de banco de dados, garantindo a disponibilidade, segurança e performance dos dados em conformidade com as diretrizes técnicas e regulatórias da organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:· Apoiar na administração de bancos de dados SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle e PostgreSQL (criação, manutenção e atualização);· Desenvolver competências técnicas em ambientes Oracle, participando de treinamentos internos, projetos assistidos e atividades supervisionadas;· Executar rotinas de backup e recuperação sob supervisão;· Auxiliar no monitoramento de performance dos bancos de dados e geração de relatórios;· Realizar atendimentos de chamados relacionados a banco de dados e apoio a usuários;· Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento na análise e ajuste de consultas SQL;· Documentar processos e manuais técnicos referentes a banco de dados;· Apoiar na implementação de políticas básicas de segurança e controle de acesso;Acompanhar atividades de migração de dados e atualização de versões.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos: Formação: Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimentos básicos de SQL e administração de bancos de dados relacionais; Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e backup de bancos de dados.Certificados:Desejável Certificação ITIL v3 Foundation ou superior; Desejável Certificação MTA/MCSA SQL Server ou equivalente; Desejável Conhecimento introdutório em ambientes Oracle; Experiência Profissional:Experiência em funções relacionadas à análise ou suporte de banco de dados.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Plano de saúde Hapvida, Bradesco ou Unimed (aplicáveis de acordo com a região);Plano odontológico Hapvida Odonto ou Bradesco Dental;Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;Seguro de vida 100% custeado pela Lanlink;Vale transporte;Totalpass;Auster;Convênio farmácia;Convênio faculdades;Plataforma de Educação Corporativa;Kit Bem-vindo ao mundo bebê;Plataforma Moodar.
