Om jobbet Lansen Omsorg AB är ett privatägt omsorgsföretag, som erbjuder personer med komplexa beteendeproblem stöd, vård och utbildning mot ett mer självständigt liv. Vi erbjuder särskilt boende enligt LSS §9 9 p1. Hos oss bor personer med funktionsnedsättningar, autism och utåtagerande beteende. Arbetet innebär varierande arbetstider, både dag, kväll, helg och sovande jour. Målet är att den enskilde får möjlighet att leva som alla andra. Du är insatt i brukarens fysiska, psykiska och mentala behov och förutsättningar. Du är insatt i brukarens mål och mening med livet, intressen och glädjeämnen. Du förstår, accepterar och följer genomförandeplanen, för den enskilde brukaren. Du medverkar vid matlagning, städning och stöd med hygien. Du stöttar brukaren att utföra sina fritidsintressen. Du säkerställer delaktighet och inflytande hos brukaren. Färdigheter: Du är en varm och omtänksam person med ett genuint intresse av att arbeta med personer med funktionsnedsättning. Som person är du trygg och stabil och förstår vikten av ett enhetligt arbetssätt utifrån individens behov, intressen och önskemål. Du är empatisk och samarbetar väl med olika samarbetspartners. Du har förmåga att reflektera över ditt eget arbete och söker feedback för att ständigt utveckla ditt förhållningssätt. Du kommunicerar väl i tal och skrift och gillar ordning och reda. Det är meriterande med: Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta inom LSS, som personlig assistent och arbete med personer med funktionsnedsättningar, autism och utåtagerande beteende. Kunskap om och erfarenhet av lågaffektivt bemötande och tydliggörande pedagogik. Utdrag ur belastningsregister och rätt att arbeta: Innan bekräftad anställning efterfrågar vi utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister samt personbevis som visar att du har rätt att arbeta i Sverige.
