Rund 500 Lantaler\*innen arbeiten mit Leidenschaft an der Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Herstellung von hochwertigen Textilien und Dienstleistungen für die Bereiche Aviation und Ground\-Transportation.

Unser Finance\-Team in Langenthal sucht dich zur Verstärkung!

DAS IST DEIN JOB:

Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen, denkst vernetzt und behältst auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick. Es erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit, in der du verschiedene Bereiche unseres Finanz\- und Rechnungswesens selbständig betreust. Du führst die Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen und Inkasso, kümmerst dich um das Reisespesenmanagement und erstellst die MWST\-Abrechnungen unserer Schweizer Gesellschaften. Zudem bist du für das Hauptbuch der Wollspinnerei Huttwil verantwortlich und unterstützt bei Lantal Textiles AG. Du überwachst und bearbeitest die Provisionsabrechnungen unserer weltweiten Agenten, betreust die Anlagenbuchhaltung der Wollspinnerei Huttwil AG und führst die Kassen in Schweizer Franken und Fremdwährungen. Auch interne Verrechnungen und die Mitarbeit beim periodischen Reporting gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Darüber hinaus begleitest du unsere KV\-Lernenden während ihres Einsatzes im Finance \& Accounting.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit. Idealerweise hast du dich als Sachbearbeiter\in Rechnungswesen weitergebildet. Du kennst dich sehr gut mit SAP FI aus und bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig, erkennst Zusammenhänge und denkst über deinen eigenen Aufgabenbereich hinaus. Mit deiner dienstleistungsorientierten und kommunikativen Art arbeitest du gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner\innen zusammen. Auch in hektischen Situationen behältst du den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und vertrittst deine Anliegen klar und überzeugend. Muttersprache Deutsch sowie konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
