Serviceleistungen Telefonische Anfragen in Deutsch und nach Möglichkeit in Französisch / Italienisch bearbeiten Sie kompetent und lösungsorientiert Sie erstellen Offerten und fassen diese nach Sie geben technische Auskünfte und wickeln Kundenaufträge ab Sie unterstützen aktiv den Verkauf Aussendienst Sie pflegen die Daten im CRM Als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen arbeiten Sie selbständig und teamorientiert

Sie bringen mit:

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Elektriker oder einen elektrotechnischen Hintergrund Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Aus- oder Weiterbildung Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis Sie meistern den Kundenkontakt mit guten Deutschkenntnissen und von Vorteil mit Französisch-/ Italienisch-Kenntnissen Sie interessieren sich für ERP- und CRM-Business Central und kennen sich idealerweise bereits damit aus Sie sind proaktiv, motiviert und bereit, für unsere Kunden die Extrameile zu gehen
