Deine Aufgaben

Du fühlst Dich im Accounting zuhause und möchtest Dich perspektivisch in Richtung Controlling weiterentwickeln? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Diese Stelle ist keine reine Buchhaltungsposition. Neben Deinem Verantwortungsbereich im Accounting übernimmst Du schrittweise auch Aufgaben im Controlling, arbeitest an Forecasts und Analysen mit und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse. So erhältst Du die Möglichkeit, Dein Fachwissen kontinuierlich auszubauen und zusätzliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Accounting

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung und Abstimmung unserer Bankkonten
  • Überwachung und Abstimmung offener Posten
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Forderungs- und Mahnwesens
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kontenklärung sowie regelmäßige Abstimmungen
  • Mitarbeit bei den monatlichen Abschlussarbeiten
  • Aufbereitung von Informationen und Auswertungen für den Monatsabschluss

Controlling & Reporting

  • Regelmäßige Aktualisierung unserer Forecasts
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Reports
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Ist-Daten
  • Unterstützung bei Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
  • Analyse von Kosten-, Umsatz- und Forderungsdaten
  • Mitarbeit bei Budget- und Planungsprozessen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance- und Controlling-Prozesse

Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst Du eigene Controlling-Auswertungen, verantwortest eigenständig Themenbereiche und bringst Deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise 2 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, Accounting oder Finance
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verständnis für Kontenabstimmungen und Monatsabschlussprozesse
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Excel
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Reporting oder Controlling sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
