Responsable de magasin – Boulangerie-Pâtisserie

En tant que Responsable de magasin, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement du point de vente et de la qualité des produits fabriqués sur place.

Vos missions

  • Participer à la fabrication, la préparation et la cuisson des produits de boulangerie, viennoiserie, pâtisserie et snacking.
  • Organiser et superviser la production quotidienne en fonction des besoins et des ventes.
  • Encadrer, recruter, former et accompagner les équipes.
  • Garantir la qualité des produits et le respect des procédures de fabrication.
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks, des inventaires et des indicateurs de performance.
  • Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de propreté.
  • Développer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle.

Votre profil

  • Sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
  • Sens du service client et prise d'initiative.
  • À l'aise avec les activités de fabrication et de cuisson ou motivé(e) pour être formé(e).
  • Expérience, dans le commerce, la restauration ou l'agroalimentaire souhaitée.
