Objetivo do Cargo

Realizar a coleta de materiais biológicos com precisão, segurança e acolhimento, assegurando a identificação correta dos pacientes, conservação das amostras e cumprimento das normas técnicas e do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade do laboratorio

Requisitos do Cargo

Formação:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Curso técnico em Enfermagem ou em Coleta Laboratorial ou certificado de capacitação (quando aplicável).

Experiência:

  • Desejável experiência mínima de 6 meses em coleta laboratorial.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

  • Técnica de punção venosa e capilar.
  • Noções de anatomia e fisiologia.
  • Normas de biossegurança e descarte de resíduos.
  • Requisitos de pré-analítico e conservação de amostras.

Atribuições e Responsabilidades

  • Preparar os materiais, equipamentos e ambiente para a coleta de sangue e demais amostras biológicas, de acordo com o Manual de Coleta.
  • Conduzir os pacientes às salas de coleta, oferecendo acolhimento e apoio humanizado.
  • Realizar a identificação ativa do paciente e conferência dos exames solicitados antes da coleta.
  • Executar a coleta venosa, capilar ou de outros materiais biológicos (urina, fezes, secreções, etc.), com técnica adequada, minimizando desconfortos e garantindo a integridade da amostra.
  • Orientar o paciente quanto aos cuidados pré e pós-coleta, bem como para exames especiais.
  • Identificar corretamente os tubos e frascos, mantendo a rastreabilidade da amostra conforme o SGQ.
  • Realizar o acondicionamento e transporte das amostras seguindo os critérios de temperatura, tempo e segurança biológica.
  • Manter a organização, limpeza e reposição de insumos da sala de coleta.
  • Realizar o descarte de resíduos conforme classificação e normas vigentes (biossegurança e RDCs aplicáveis).
  • Informar ao superior imediato intercorrências clínicas, não conformidades ou eventos adversos durante a coleta.
  • Colaborar com os processos de auditoria, treinamentos, melhoria contínua e análise de indicadores da qualidade.
  • Participar ativamente de treinamentos, capacitações e reuniões.
