Laponia Resort är ett privatägt företag som driver Hotell Laponia, Skogen Hotell och Camp Gielas i Arvidsjaur. Vi är en del av Pite Havsbad Group och en av Norrlands större hotell- och konferensanläggningar, belägen i hjärtat av Lappland. Vår verksamhet är bred och våra gäster kommer från många olika delar av världen. Arvidsjaur är under vintermånaderna en internationellt välkänd destination för bilevent och biltestindustrin, vilket gör vintern till vår absoluta högsäsong med högt tempo och stor variation av gäster och uppdrag. Under vår och höst fylls hotellet av konferensgäster och företagsgrupper, medan sommaren präglas av turister från hela Europa – framför allt från Sverige och Norge. Det gör att ingen säsong är den andra lik. Under årets olika perioder möter vi olika typer av gäster, behov och utmaningar. Nu söker vi en eventkoordinator till vår bokningsavdelning. Som eventkoordinator blir du en viktig del av vår verksamhet och ansvarar för att skapa en professionell, personlig och välkomnande gästupplevelse. Rollen kombinerar försäljning, gästupplevelse, och operativ drift. Du trivs i en verksamhet med högt tempo och mycket energi. Du har lätt för att skapa struktur och engagemang, ser möjligheter och vågar fatta beslut. Du tycker om att vara nära verksamheten och att själv vara en del av den dagliga driften. Vi hanterar allt från det lilla mötet till stora event och banketter. Avdelningen består av projektkoordinering och konferensdrift, och tillsammans ansvarar ni för gästens resa från signerad offert till uppföljning. Som eventkoordinator ansvarar du bland annat för att: Planera, samordna och projektleda konferenser och event från idé till genomförande. Ta fram tidplaner, körscheman och checklistor. Samordna interna avdelningar såsom reception, restaurang, kök, konferens och fastighet. Säkerställa att alla involverade vet vad som ska göras och när. Fakturering Ansvara för uppföljning och utvärdering efter genomfört event. Utveckla och sälja in olika eventkoncept. Ha löpande kontakt med kunder före, under och efter arrangemang.
