LAPORTE recherche un.e ingénieur.e mécanique du bâtiment ayant idéalement de 5 à 9 ans d’expérience pertinente pour rejoindre son équipe de la grande région de Montréal. Ce poste est disponible au choix a nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Brossard. Notre ingénieur.e participera à la conception et à l’encadrement des jeunes ingénieur.es et concepteur.trice.s en mécanique du bâtiment, tout en collaborant à la réalisation de projets complexes dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, biotechnologique et alimentaire.

Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir et réaliser des plans et devis spécifiques à la mécanique du bâtiment en respectant les principes et les règles d’efficacité énergétique incluant : système de ventilation, système de chauffage et refroidissement, plomberie, utilités et réseaux divers (air comprimé, vapeur, eau potable, eau non potable, glycol chaud, glycol froid, etc.).
  • Rédiger des devis techniques et des études, incluant des études de principe, de faisabilité et des conceptions préliminaires ;
  • Effectuer des relevés d’installations existantes, améliorer les systèmes en place et développer des nouvelles solutions en tenant compte des infrastructures actuelles ;
  • Évaluer les budgets de coûts de construction en mécanique du bâtiment ;
  • Participer au suivi de chantiers et fournir des services durant la construction ;
  • Gérer des projets et assurer leur bonne réalisation ;
  • Développer un contact avec les clients afin de bien comprendre leurs besoins.
  • Contribuer à la qualité technique des livrables et à la coordination interdisciplinaire

Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ;
  • Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieur.es du Québec ;
  • 5 à 9 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement ;
  • Expérience en génie-conseil et/ou en usine dans les domaines pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou alimentaire (un atout) ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels spécialisés, tels qu’AutoCAD et Revit.
